Definition Disclaimers

The customer must understand that the below definitions are limitations set by TeknoWizards, Inc. to have a guideline in design. It is up to TeknoWizards, Inc.'s designer's discretion, and not the customer's, to add additional size or information to such definitions.

A page is defined as any amount of information that, when printed, will fit on an 8.5" X 11" piece of paper.

A tailored company logo is defined as a single graphic to be placed on the initial index.html page of the root web and should not exceed 400 X 150 pixels in size.

A navigation image is any image that is used to provide access to another page. These navigation images may take the form of a button, image map, bar, etc.

A scanned photo is any photo that is provided by the customer at either 3" X 5" or 4" X 6" size. If customer would like us to provide photos by purchasing or having our photographer take photos, there will be additional charges.

Standard scripts are defined as a guestbook, a search engine and fly-out menus. The standard guestbook is a guestbook that is provided by the InfoPop Corporation and TeknoWizards, Inc. takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the script. We have found, however, that this script is excellent in its presentation, accessibility and manageability. The standard search engine is a JavaScript run engine and not a server side engine, similar to the engine found on this site. Finally, the fly-out menu script is a JavaScript developed by our JavaScript experts to provide dynamic menus to your site.
